DOUBLE ORANGE COFFEE CAKE: (Quick Bread Mix)

2 1/2 cup quick bread mix
3 tablespoon sugar
1 each egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup nuts, chopped
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon butter, melted
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon orange juice

In medium mixing bowl stir Quick Bread Mix and sugar together. Add egg and milk. Stir till blended. Knead on lightly floured pastry board, 8-10 strokes. Divide dough in two, almost equal parts. Roll larger part into 8 inch circle. Place in greased 9 inch pie plate, patting dough 1 inch up sides of pie plate. For filling: mix brown sugar, nuts, flour, and melted butter. Sprinkle over dough in pie plate. Roll remaining dough to 7 inch circle. Place second circle atop filling. With kitchen sissors, snip 1 inch slashes around edge of top layer, to prevent edges from curling. Bake at 375 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Remove from pie plate. Drizzle with orange glaze, and garnish with grated orange peel. Serve warm. For orange glaze: Add 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice to powdered sugar to make drizzling consistency.
