ELECTRIC ROASTER: Chili

2 lb ground beef
1 each onion, chopped
1 each clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon butter
1 can stewed tomatoes, 16oz
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce, 16oz
1 can red kidney beans, 16oz,
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon italian herb seasoning
2 tablespoon brown sugar

Preheat electric roaster to 425 degrees, and spray with cooking spray. Place ground beef, onion, and garlic in roaster. Cover roaster, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until meat is brown. Add butter, stewed tomatoes, tomato soup, tomato sauce, drained beans, chili powder, Italian herb seasoning, and brown sugar. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Cover, and continue cooking for 1 hour.

Yield: 10 servings
