ELECTRIC ROASTER: SEA FOOD TOMATO BISQUE
fish, soups
1/2 each stick butter
4 each green onions, chopped
2 each ribs celery, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon marjorum
1/4 cup flour
4 cup milk
1 can chopped tomatoes, 16oz
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 lb lump crab
1/2 lb chopped shrimp
Preheat electric roaster to 350 degrees, and spray with cooking spray. Place butter, onions, and celery in roaster. Cover, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Add salt, pepper, paprika, marjorum, and flour. Stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, and stir until blended. Cook, until vegetable mixture is thick and bubbly. Add chopped tomatoes, and baking soda. Stir in crab and shrimp. Reduce heat to 250 degrees. Cover roaster, and cook 15-20 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings
