ELECTRIC ROASTER: SPAGHETTI PIE

1 lb ground beef
1 each onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 pkg cooked spaghetti, 7oz
2 each eggs
1/3 cup parmisan cheese
2 tablespoon butter
2 cup shreaded motzarella cheese
1 can spaghetti sauce, 24oz

Preheat electric roaster to 325 degrees, and spray roaster with cooking spray. Place ground beef and onion in roaster. Cover, and cook 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned. Drain. Place meat mixture in a bowl, and setaside for later use. In another bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, and parmisan cheese. Place butter in roaster, and cook until melted. Spread, to coat entire bottom of roaster. Spoon spaghetti mixture into roaster, covering entire bottom, and 1 inch up sides, to form a spaghetti crust. Sprinkle 1/2 of motzarella cheese over crust. Add chili powder, Italian seasoning, and spaghetti sauce to meat mixture, in bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour meat mixture over spaghetti crust and cheese in roaster. Top with remaining cheese. Cover, and bake 25-30 minutes, or until center is set.

Yield: 6 servings
