ELECTRIC ROASTER: STUFFED PORK CHOPS

4 each pork chops
1 cup croutons
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoon butter, melted
1 each green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon italian herb seasoning
1/4 cup apple juice

Preheat electric roaster to 425 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine croutons, 1/4 cup melted butter, green onion, parsley, and Italian herb seasoning. Spray roaster with cooking spray. Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter in roaster. Brown pork chops on both sides, by covering roaster, and cooking meat 5-8 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Place 2 chops in bottom of roaster. Cover with stuffing mixture. Place other 2 pork chops over stuffing. Add apple juice. Cover, and roast 40 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
