FAMILY MEAT LOAF: (Herb Stuffing Mix

2 each eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 cup herb stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

In large mixing bowl combine eggs and milk. Stir in crushed stuffing mix, onion, sage, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add ground beef, mix well. Spoon evenly into loaf pan, or ring mold. If using mold, firmly pack down meat mixture. Invert mold immediately onto shallow baking pan with sides, then remove mold. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 50 minutes. Spoon off excess fat. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Spread over meat loaf. Return to oven, bake 10 minutes longer.

Yield: 6 servings
