BB: CHICKEN FEDUCCINE

1 lb chicken breasts, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon light salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
2 cup sliced zucchini
4 cup hot, cooked, feduccine
3/4 cup skim evaporated milk
3 tablespoon nonfat chicken broth
1 can mushroom pieces, 8oz
1/4 cup nonfat parmisan cheese

Spray a large nonstick skillet with pam. Saute onion and garlic in chicken broth. Add basil and other seasonings. Add chicken and saute about 7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Add zucchini and rinsed and drained mushrooms and saute until tender. Add feduccine and milk. Sprinkle parmisan cheese on top and mix well. Per serving: fat 2 G, cholesterol 44 MG, fiber 2 G, calorries 220, 8 percent from fat, protein 23 G, carbohydrate 26 G, sodium 257 MG.
