FISH ROLL UPS WITH CHEESE SAUCE: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

1 lb frozen fish fillets
1 1/3 cup savory cream sauce
2 oz montery jack cheese
2 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Thaw fish. Roll up fish fillets, and secure with a wooden pick. Place fish rolls in strainer in flat baking dish. (If strainer is not available, a sheet of foil pricked with multiple holes placed over dish can be substituted.) Cover fish with boiling water. Cover dish with a second sheet of foil and a towel to hold in heat; and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare Savory Cream Sauce recipe, and cheese topping. For cheese topping, grate cheese, and place in small bowl. Add parsley and paprika. Toss with fork to blend. When fish flakes with a fork, remove from baking dish and drain. Place fillets on heat proof platter. Pour Savory Cream Sauce and sprinkle cheese topping, over fish. Place under broiler, 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
