Fruit Salad Dressing

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 each lemon, juice and grated rind
1 each orange, juice only
1 each egg, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
4 teaspoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve corn starch in orange juice, and set aside. Mix together thoroughly, pineapple juice, water, sugar, rind and juice of lemon, egg, butter, and salt. Add orange juice and corn starch mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. When cool, add whipped cream and serve. Makes 2 cups fruit salad dressing.

Yield: 8 servings
