GARDEN ROW SALAD: (Herb Stuffing Mix)

2 each carrots
1 each cucumber halved, seeded
2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 each ribs celery, chopped
6 oz cheddar cheese, grated
3 each hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 each slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup herb stuffing mix

Coarsely grate carrot, and spread evenly in bottom of large bowl. Coarsely grate cucumber, sprinkle atop carrot. Arrange cherry tomato halves over cucumber. Layer celery atop tomatoes. Grate cheese and sprinkle over celery. Arrange grated egg and bacon over cheese. Stir together mayonnaise, salad oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Mix well. Spread evenly over bacon layer. Cover and refrigerate several hours, or over night. Before serving, sprinkle with Herb Stuffing Mix.
