Graham Cracker Crust

18 each graham cracker squares
1/4 cup sugar
1 each stick butter, melted

Put graham crackers in a plastic zip lock bag. Place bag on pastry board and crush crackers with rolling pin, into fine crumbs. Measure 1 1/4 cups crumbs. Place crumbs in mixing bowl, and stir in sugar. Stir melted butter into crumb mixture. Press firmly onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Spread evenly. Bake at 375 degrees, 5-6 minutes, or till brown. Cool.

Yield: 8 servings
