Grandmother's Cranberry Frapay

1 quart cranberry juice
2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 each oranges, juiced
1/8 teaspoon salt
combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Freeze until mixture is mushy. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream and fold into cranberry mixture. Freeze again until mixture is mushy. Spoon into dessert dishes.
Yield: 12 servings
