Granny Gert's Meat Balls For A Crowd

4 lb hamburger
4 each slices bread, cubed
2 each eggs
2 cup spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup dry parsley
2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cup bread-cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl, except bread crumbs. Shape in to balls and roll in bread crumbs. Place meat balls on broiler pan and broil 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan and place in greased 3 quart casserole. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees, for 1 hour.
