Granny Gert's Spaghetti For A Crowd

1 can tomato paste, huge
2 can crushed tomatoes, huge
1 1/2 cup oil
18 each buds garlic, minced
6 tablespoon sugar
12 teaspoon oregano
3 teaspoon fennel seeds
3 cup onion, chopped
In heavy 16 quart pot saute garlic and onion in oil. Add tomato paste. Stir and fry 20 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom of pan often to prevent scortching. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover pot and simmer 3 hours. Serve with rigatoni noodles and meat balls.
