Granny Gert's Spaghetti Sauce

2 can 12 oz tomato paste
2 tablespoon oil
3 each buds garlic, minced
1 each onion chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
2 can tomatoes, large
2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Fry garlic and onion in oil until nearly brown. Add tomato paste and continue frying for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick, about 2 hours. Serve with GRANNY GERT'S MEAT BALLS and rigatoni noodles.

Yield: 16 servings
