5 cup regular rolled oats
2 cup shreaded coconut
1 cup coarsely chopped almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened wheat germ
1 cup honey
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup raisins

In large mixing bowl combine, oats, coconut, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and wheat germ. Combine honey and oil. Stir into wheat mixture. Spread out in 2 13-9 inch baking dishes or on cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees, 45-50 minutes, or till light golden brown, stirring every 15minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in dried apricots, and raisins. Remove to another pan to cool. Stir occasionally During cooling to prevent lumping. Store in air tight container. To keep granola longer than 2weeks, store in freezer. Makes 13 cups.
