Green Beans With Sour Cream

1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon bacon grease, or cooking oil
4 cup green beans
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Brown mushrooms in oil in skillet over medium heat. Add green beans, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking over medium heat until mixture is thoroughly heated through.
Yield: 6 servings
