Green Limas With Bacon Dressing

3 each slices bacon
3 teaspoon onion, chopped
1/3 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg frozen limas

Fry bacon in skillet. Add onion and cook over low heat until tender. Do not brown. Add remaining ingredients, except beans, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over cooked limas.

Yield: 8 servings
