Grilled Cabbage

1 each head cabbage
4 tablespoon butter, cut up
4 teaspoon garlic salt

Remove outer leaf from cabbage. Cut cabbage into quarters. Place each cabbage quarter on a separate sheet of heavy foil. Sprinkle each quarter with garlic salt and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Wrap cabbage in foil, sealing all sides. Grill over hot coles for 30 minutes, turning once during cooking. Serve hot.

Yield: 8 servings
