Grilled Tomatoes

4 each ripe tomatoes
3/4 cup italian dressing
4 teaspoon bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parmisan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash tomatoes and cut a slice from the stem end. Place tomatoes in baking pan, cut end up. Brush liberally with Italian dressing. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter, and sprinkle over tops of tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle tomatoes with parmisan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
