HAM AND APPLE TRIANGLES: (Easy Egg Pastry Crusts)

main dish, meats

2 cup cooked ham, cubed
1 can apple sauce, 8oz
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 each pie crusts, 9 inch

Roll pastry into a 15-10 inch rectangle. Cut rectangle into six, 5 by 5 inch squares. Place 1/3 cup of cubed ham in center of each pastry square. In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons apple sauce, and 1/4 c ketchup. Spoon apple sauce mixture over meat in each square. For each turn over, carefully bring corners of pastry together to form a triangle. Pinch edges together to seal, moistening edges with water if necessary. Place triangles on ungreased baking sheet, and brush slightly with milk. Bake at 400 degrees, 12-15 minutes, or till golden. Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine remaining apple sauce, and remaining ketchup. Heat through. Pass hot apple sauce mixture to serve atop turn overs.
