Hash Brown Casserole

cheese/eggs, main dish, vegetables

2 lb frozen hash browns, cubed
1 each stick melted butter
1 can cream chicken soup
2 cup grated cheddar cheese, (8 oz
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped

Place thawed potatoes in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine all other ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour.

Yield: 8 servings
