BB: CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD

2 cup cooked chicken breasts diced
4 oz sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 lb seedless green grapes
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat ranch dressing
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Mix together chicken, water chestnuts, and celery. Blend together sour cream, dressing, curry, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken mixture. Stir in grapes. Chil several hours. Per serving: fat 2.2 G, cholesterol 42 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 158, 13 percent calories from fat, protein 17 G, carbohydrate 14 G, sodium 166 MG.
