Hawaiian Sausage Stir Fry

3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
4 teaspoon corn starch
1 1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 pkg frozen pea pods, 6oz
1 pkg smoked sausage, 12oz
1 pkg hawaiian vegetables, 10oz
1 can chow mein noodles

In small bowl, blend Teriyaki sauce into corn starch. Stir in pineapple juice and brown sugar, and set aside. Thaw pea pods, drain and set aside. In large skillet, or wok, stir fry sausage lengths, which have been cut crosswise into thirds, 5 minutes, or till brown. Stir Teriyaki mixture, and add to skillet along with frozen Hawaiian vegetables. Stir thoroughly. Cook and stir till mixture bubbles, breaking vegetables apart as they begin to thaw. Cover and cook 2 minutes longer. Stir in pea pods. Cover and cook 1 minute longer. Serve over chow mein noodles, or hot cooked rice.
