HERBED BEEF CASSEROLE: (Ground Meat Mix)

1 cup elbow macaroni
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon flour
2 cup ground meat mix
2 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup peas, drained
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 cup herb stuffing mix
2 tablespoon butter, melted

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water 10 minutes, or just till tender, and drain. In medium mixing bowl, stir milk into flour. Add ground meat mix, mushroom soup, peas, and sage. Stir in macaroni. Turn meat macaroni mixture into a 2 quart casserole. In medium mixing bowl, toss herb stuffing mix, and melted butter. Sprinkle 1 cup herb stuffing mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes, or till heated through.

Yield: 8 servings
