Hot Cocoa

1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup hot water
1 quart milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in sauce pan. Blend in water and bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Stir 2 minutes longer. Add milk and heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Yields 1 qt.

Yield: 6 servings
