ITALIAN PIZZA (Italian Sauce Mix)

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cup italian sauce, thawed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pkg mozzarella cheese, 8oz
2 each 12 inch pizza crusts

In skillet cook ground beef and onion till meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in Italian Sauce and salt. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Spread prepared pizza crusts with meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
