JELLO: CUCUMBER SOUR CREAM MOLD

1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg lime gelatin, 8oz
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup miricle whip
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cucumbers
2 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon dill weed

Peel, seed, and chop enough cucumbers to equal 1 1/2 cups, and set aside. Put gelatin and salt into large bowl. Stir boiling water into gelatin and salt until mixture is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hours, or until slightly thickened, to the consistency of unbeatten egg whites. In small bowl, mix Miricle Whip and sour cream until well blended. Stir into thickened gelatin. Refrigerate about 15 minutes, or until thickened enough for a spoon drawn through, to leave a deffinate impression in gelatin mixture. Stir in chopped cucumber, minced onion, and dill weed. Pour into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm. Unmold, and garnish as desired.
