JELLO: FRUIT TOPPED LEMON CHEESE SQUARES

15 each whole graham crackers halved
2 pkg softened cream cheese, 8oz
3 cup cold milk
2 pkg lemon pudding, large
1 3/4 cup cool whip
1 can any fruit pie filling 21oz

Arrange one half of the halved whole graham crackers on bottom of a 13-9 inch pan, cutting crackers to fit if necessary. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in 1 cup milk. Add pudding mix and remaining milk, and beat at low speed until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Fold in cool whip, then spread one half of pudding mixture over crackers in pan. Add second layer of crackers, then top with remaining pudding mixture. Freeze 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Spoon pie filling over each square.
