JELLO: FRUITED CREME BRULET

1 cup raspberries
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup cold half and half
1 tablespoon orange liquor, or juice
1 pkg french vanilla pudding, sm
2 tablespoon light brown sugar

Cover bottoms of 4, 6 ounce, oven proof dishes or custard cups with raspberries. Pour milk, half and half, and liquor into a small bowl. Add pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk until well blended. Let stand 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Pour over raspberries in dishes. Chill 1 hour. Sift brown sugar, and sprinkle over pudding in dishes. Broil until sugar melts and bubbles. Garnish with additional raspberries if desired.

Yield: 6 servings
