JELLO: FRUITY POUND CAKE

1 pkg lemon gelatin, small
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 pkg white cake mix, 2 layer
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
4 each eggs
1 single fluffy pudding frosting
Add gelatin and grated lemon peel to cake mix. Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package, in 2 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. Cool for 15 minutes, and remove from pans. Cool completely on wire rack. Fill and frost with fluffy pudding frosting, (see recipe), and decorate as desired.
