JELLO: MAPLE WALLNUT CHEESE CAKE

1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 pkg cheesecake, 11.1oz
1 1/2 cup cold milk
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup wallnut topping

Melt butter in small skillet. Add wallnuts, cook until lightly toasted, about 3 minutes. Stir in cheese cake crust crumbs, then press crumb mixture onto bottom of 8 inch square pan which has been lined with foil. Mix milk with cheese cake filling mix, syrup, and cinnamon, at low speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Spread over crust, and chill until firm, at least 1 hour. Heat topping just before serving. Cut cheese cake into squares, and serve with warmed topping.

Yield: 8 servings
