JELLO: MINIATURE CHEESE CAKES

1 pkg no bake cheese cake, 11.1oz
2 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup cold milk
2 each squares simisweet chocolate

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter, thoroughly with a fork, in medium bowl until crumbs are well moistened. Press crumb mixture onto the bottoms of 12 paper or foil lined muffin cups. Beat milk and filling mix with electric mixer until well blended, about 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. Spoon over crumb mixture in muffin cups. Melt chocolate, and drizzle over individual cheese cakes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.

Yield: 12 servings
