JELLO: ORANGE PINEAPPLE LAYERED DESSERT

1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg orange gelatin, large
1 cup cold water
1 can crushed pineapple, 20oz
1 can mandrian oranges, 11oz
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 each stick butter, melted
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8oz
2 tablespoon milk
1 each tub cool whip, 8oz

Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water, undrained pineapple, and drained Mandrian oranges. Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hours, or until slightly thickened. Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter, in a 9-13 inch pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan and refrigerate until ready to fill. Beat cream cheese, the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Gently stir in 2 cups cool whip, and spread evenly over crust. Spoon gelatin over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours, or until firm. Garnish with remaining cool whip.
