JELLO: PESTICHO PINEAPPLE DELIGHT

----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: JELLO: RAINBOW RIBBON MOLD Categories: Desserts, Salads Yield: 12 servings 6 1/4 c Boiling water 5 pk Gelatin in different flavors 1 c Sour cream Stir 1 1/4 cups boiling water into 1 flavor of gelatin in a small bowl for 2 minutes, or until gelatin is dissolved. Pour 3/4 cup of dissolved gelatin into a 6 cup ring mold. Refrigerate about 15 minutes, until set but not firm. Refrigerate remaining gelatin in bowl about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened. Gradually stir in 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Spoon over gelatin in mold. Refrigerate about 15 minutes, or until set but not firm. Meanwhile, repeat the process with each remaining gelatin flavor. Be sure to cool the dissolved gelatin to room temperature before pouring into the mold. Refrigerate gelatin as directed, to create a total of ten, alternating clear and creamy, gelatin layers. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until firm. Unmold, and garnish as desired. alternately
