BB: CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

cakes

4 tablespoon extra light margarine
2 tablespoon philly nonfat cream cheese
3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon skim milk

Blend all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Do not use sweet and low for half of the powdered sugar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before using. Frosting will harden a bit. Spread on cookies, cup cakes, or cakes. Makes 2 cups, 32 1 tablespoon servings. Per tablespoon: fat 0.3 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 48, 6 percent calories from fat, proteen 0 G, carbohydrate 11.4 G, sodium 14.4 MG.
