JELLO: PINWHEEL CAKE AND CREAM

1 pkg vanilla pudding, small
2 cup cold milk
1 cup cool whip
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 each peach, diced
1 each pound cake loaf, 12oz
2 cup summer fruit

Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Fold in cool whip, orange rind, and peach. Arrange pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve. (Suggested summer fruits: any variety of berries, seedles grapes, sliced peaches, nectareens, or plumbs).

Yield: 10 servings
