JELLO: PUMPKIN FLAN

1 pkg americana custard mix 4oz
2 1/2 cup cold milk
2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 each egg yolk
1 cup pumpkin

Combine custard, milk, orange rind, and cinnamon in medium sauce pan. Mix in egg yolk, and cook stirring constantly over medium low heat, until mixture to full boil. Remove from heat. Add pumpkin, stirring until well mixed. Pour into 1 1/2 quart straight sided dish or bowl. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Dip flan into hot water for 10 seconds, and unmold onto serving plate.

Yield: 8 servings
