JELLO: QUICK BERRY CREAM SAUCE

2 pkg rasp or straw berries, 10oz
1 1/2 cup cold milk
1 pkg vanilla pudding, small
Place raspberries or strawberries in food processor or blender and cover. Process or blend until smooth, and strain to remove seeds. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix, and beat with a wire whisk until well blended. Stir in berry puray. Let stand 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Serve over cake or fruit. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Yield: 8 servings
