JELLO: QUICK CREAMY VANILLA SAUCE

3 1/2 cup cold milk
1 pkg vanilla pudding, small

Pour milk into a bowl. Add pudding mix, and beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes, then cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over fruit or cake. Other pudding flavors may be used to create different flavored sauces. To make creamy citrus sauce, add 2 tablespoons grated orange peel with the pudding mix.

Yield: 8 servings
