JELLO: SPARKLING BERRY SALAD

2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 pkg any red gelatin, large
1 1/2 cup cold club soda
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 cup asorted berries

Stir boiling cranberry juice into gelatin in a large bowl, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold club soda and lemon juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours, or until thickened. Stir in berries, and spoon into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm. Suggested berries: blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.

Yield: 8 servings
