JELLO: SPICED CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY MOLD

1 pkg cranberries, 12oz
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg lemon gelatin, large
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 each orange, peeled, diced
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Place fresh cranberries in food processor, cover and process until finely chopped. Mix with sugar and set aside. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice and spices, and chill until thickened. Fold in cranberry mixture, orange and walnuts. Spoon into 5 cup mold. Chil until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold, and garnish with orange slices if desired.
Yield: 10 servings
