JELLO: SPICED CRANBERRY ORANGE MOLD

1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg cranberry gelatin large
1 can whole cranberry sauce, 16oz
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 each orange,diced
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Stir boiling water into gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours, or until thickened. Stir in diced orange, and walnuts, and spoon into 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm. Unmold, and garnish as desired.

Yield: 10 servings
