BB: CREAMY PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS

1 lb fettuccine
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 each egg beaters, beaten
2 can sliced mushrooms, 8oz
1/2 cup nonfat parmisan cheese

Cook fettuccine as dirrected on package. Drain, and set aside. Gradually add skim milk to fat free mayonnaise and garlic, in a small sauce pan. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, and blend in egg beaters. Toss with fettuccine and drained mushrooms until well coated. Add parmisan cheese and mix well. Per serving: fat 0.7 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 164, 4 percent calories from fat, protein 7 G, carbohydrate 31 G, sodium 264 MG.

Yield: 12 servings
