JELLO: STRAWBERRY SENSATION

1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 each stick butter, melted
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8oz
2 tablespoon milk
1 each tub cool whip, 8oz
2 pint strawberries, halved
3 1/2 cup cold milk
2 pkg vanilla pudding, small

Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter, in a 9-13 inch pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan, and refrigerate until ready to fill. Beat cream cheese, the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, and the 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Gently stir in half of the cool whip, and spread over crust. Top with halved strawberries. Pour 3 1/2 cups milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes, and beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until set. Just before serving, spread remaining cool whip over pudding.

Yield: 15 servings
