Lemon Sauce

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon butter
Combine water, sugar, corn starch, lemon peel, and lemon juice. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in butter till melted. Serve warm. Makes 2/3 cup lemon sauce
