Marbled Peanut Butter Brownies

2 pkg cream cheese softened, 3oz
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 each egg
2 tablespoon milk
2 each sticks butter
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 each eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease 13-9 inch baking pan. Beat cream cheese, creamy or crunchy peanut butter, sugar, egg, and milk until creamy. Set aside for later use. Melt butter, and stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in cocoa. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in chips. Remove 1 cup batter and set aside for later use. Pour remaining batter into prepared pan. Spread peanut butter filling over surface. Drop reserved chocolate batter, by teaspoons, over filling. With knife, gently swirl through top layers to marble. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool, cut into bars.
