Marshmallow Fudge

1/3 cup butter
4 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup condensed milk, large
1 pkg chocolate chips, 12oz
1 pint marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place butter, sugar, and milk in saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Boil mixture for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme and simisweet chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed. Add nuts and mix well. Pour fudge into a 9-13 inch pan, which has been slightly greased. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
