1 each egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika

In blender mix salt, paprika, and prepared mustard. Add vinegar and egg and continue to blend. Add 1/4 olive oil and continue to blend until mixture starts to thicken. Continue to add the oil slowly, 1/4 amount at a time. After all of the oil has been added, continue to blend until mixture thickens. Add lemon juice. Yeilds about 2 cups.

Yield: 8 servings
