BB: EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD

1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
3 cup cooked chicken diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup water chestnuts, sliced
1 lb seedless green grapes
1 can mandrian oranges, 11oz
6 each egg whites, chopped

Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, and celery salt. Toss other ingredients into mayonnaise mixture. Place in refrigerator over night so flavors will blend. Per serving: fat 2 G, cholesterol 36 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 173, 10 percent calories from fat, protein 16 G, carbohydrate 23 G, sodium 485 MG.
